What I'm saying is, these programmers are the ones who make that mutli-billion dollar company. If they decided they wanted to quit due to poor payrolls, MS would go down the drain. This is taking into account that no one else applied for MS for the same reason. I think those programmers should get together and start discussing their salaries.
