Will a project developed in VB and Oracle run on any windows machine ??

1.Will a project developed in VB and Oracle run on any windows machine

2. if visual studia and oracle both r not installed on a client machine , then what to do , to make this project run ?

3. how does one install the "database tables" on a client machine wer oracle is not installed , by a Vb project ?

Not out of the box, but programming you can do anything so it is possible. Hope that helps a little.

I'd do VB and MS SQL...they like eachother...and why have local databases? And not connect to a global server? What are you trying to do, that would better help all of us to help you.

2. Install .Net framework, VB dlls , and the Oracle client/dlls.
3. VB cannot "install" oracle tables on a client machine.
