Herees the problem...

I have a recordset (recset) that holds the result of an sql query. The query returned 9 items

I only want to include the first five of those 9 in a table (and the rest of thme in another table later on ) so i did this

(Toggle Plain Text)

sql="select rate from mort"
set recset = adocon.execute(sql) 'note adocon is the connection string

 do while (not recset.eof)

   for i=0 to recset.fields.count-4

    response.write recset(i)

    next

recset.moveNext

loop

When i do this it loads a completely blank page.

can anyone help? :banana:
