What are the major differences between C and C++? I've been learning C for about 4 months now...Does C++ make learning C useless?

Nope. I learnt C before I moved onto C++ - there are quite a few differences, but a lot of stuff remains the same.

C++ is a lot more OO. Check this out: http://www.mathcs.sjsu.edu/faculty/smithj/...3/Ccppjava.html

I learned C before C++ before.... C++ is more object-oriented as noted above. My first true-blue object oriented languae was SmallTalk.
