You're not likely to get "very expirienced programmers" with a vague post like this. We'll all assume that you suddenly decided that you want to do this, but don't have the abilities to pull it off and want experts to flock to you and do the work for free. When you want to hire programmers, and expecially when you want volunteers, you need to be as detailed as possible about what you're doing, how many people you have doing it, the current progress of the project, and most importantly, hint to what the people working on the project will get out of it.
