When I double-clicked on qbasic.exe, I got the following message:
C:\unzipped\qbasic.exe
C:\Program~1\Symantec\S32EVNT1.DLL. An installable Virtual Device Driver failed Dll initialization.
Choose "Close to terminate the application.
