gif animators
I know, there are a number of gif animators available on the internet...
What wud interest me if someone could suggest a
1) Simple (easy to user)
2) Small file size (setup)
3) supports even png format
4) Has some sort of inbuilt library for easier development
(all the features must be considered!)
