Hallo, i am trying to create a music player that will play mp3, wav, wma and cd files. It will have a libray and some other features. However i do not know how to make it play these files. I am trying to find anything that will help me understand how music player programs work. I am open to any suggestions you may have.

In VB, look for the Windows Media Player component and add it to your Project. Makes this a piece of cake. I wrote a CD player in VB a long time ago, playing MP3s is even easier.

Bah. VB's a load of crap... I should know - I used it for a couple of years. Well, actually, it's pretty good, but... meh. Anyhoo, RC, what's the problem?
