If you want to write your own applications,In my opinion learn c, c# or c++ these are the best ones for application programs. There are loads of good tutorials in the tutorial section.

You can use different programs to code, If you want a free compiler go to http://www.bloodshed.net/devcpp.html for a c, c++ compiler. If you want a c# compiler go to http://www.icsharpcode.net/OpenSource/SD/ you will also need the .NET framwork for it to work which you can get for free from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en, If you are on a windows computer

Absolutley not, read the forum rules http://www.programmingforums.org/fo...s#faq_faq_rules it clearley states no discussion on hacking. If you want to learn programming best of luck, but to create key loggers, hack tools is prohibited. If you ask questions like these prepair to be flamed
