It picks up where you left off, as long as you don't screw up.

sometimes it'll say it's not done, but it actually is, most of the time it gets saved, even if it says so or not.

I have a lab with 11 computers. But only the server has a internet connection. How can i make all the computers finish a single WU and then the server submit the results?

I didn't say that. I'm saying if Windows decides to crash on shutdown, before F@H closes, you're fucked.

I'd say thats an ideal situation for a Beowulf cluster!
The simplest system is OpenMosix which works well with multi-threaded apps like folding@home. To start off without affecting your existing OS, burn some ClusterKnoppix livecds, boot the machines from them, and use the OpenMosix cluster monitor on the one with the internet connection to check they are load balancing properly.
D/L the "no-nonsense console" linux source from stanford to your ramdisk, build and run, setting the number of threads to the number of PCs in the cluster - the OpenMosix monitor should then display threads from the foldingathome process on all the nodes, which means they are all sharing the server's wu.
