A: The answer was Andrew Jackson, his term was served between 1824 and 1828 i believe. He was an idiot. Also happened to be the only president to avidly engaged in around 5-8 duels before his presidency, carrying the bullets in his shoulder, next to his heart, and in many other opened crevises in his body.
Q: Who was the first person to Circumnavigate the globe?

A: Sure, and the answer was Ferdinand Magellan (1521). All from memory, so the date might be wrong...
Q: What was the Zimmerman note, and what was it trying to persuade a certain country to do and why? Note: These are all things anybody should know if they've ever been in a history class..

a: it was "a telegram dispatched by the Foreign Secretary of the German Empire, Arthur Zimmermann, on January 16, 1917, to the German ambassador in Mexico, Heinrich von Eckardt, at the height of World War I. It instructed the ambassador to approach the Mexican government with a proposal to form an alliance against the United States." (Wikipedia
