I know quite alot of VB and Im looking for something to program, but I don't have any ideas at the moment. Could somebody help me/give me an idea? It would be very helpful

You could look around for an open source project worth contributing to, or go to RentACoder etc and make some money

I've no idea, I last used it several years ago, when Exehedra (the company behind it) ran their own payment system, which required bank details, though that may have changed. You'd be best to check on their website.

know "quite a lot" but don't know what to do....hmmm

tried a calculator?
a spellchecker?
a "pong" game?
tic-tac-toe?
video poker?
working with a database?

most ways that you learn "quite a lot" will entail you working through example programs, and if you do know "quite a lot" you may have implemented these. if not, i don't see how you could know "quite a lot".
