If you want them to be, they can. But no more discussion of cracking. It's against the rules here.

Ok i have a problem. I got a file that i need to change some hex and its not cracking its for a game save but i don't know what this means.

0x50 Score To Win (for slayer: unlimited = 0x0000, 1 == 0x0100, 25 == 0x1900, 500 == 0xF401... 65535 == 0xFFFF)

I don't understand very much what's the problem but you should have the offset of the value that you want to change and simple edit it with you hex editor.
If you are very curios about game hacking you should get some memory analyzer or a save game editor.

Stop with the cracking stuff, it is against the rules. If an admin sees this, he can ban you.
