$s =~ s/(.)/'chr(' . or d($1) . ')%252e'/seg;
$s =~ s/(.)/'chr(' . or d($1) . ')%252e'/seg;
This line is incorrect. You have a concatenation operator (".") before a logical operator ("or"). You probably meant "ord($1)" instead of "or d($1)".
