Sexual Harassment. Depending which country you live in, the rights of women in the workplace may or may not be enforced. In Germany for example, I often witness women sexually harassed by their colleagues and superiors. A slap on the ass here, an implication or an uncomfortable remark there, etc. etc. What often seems harmless, is truly a situation where the women in question dread going to work. In Germany the women must simply endure it, a shameful situation. But in the USA, it can very quickly cost you your job. Women defend their rights fiercely, which is good imo, as long as it is not abused (which, as in ALL things, does occur).
