With that configuration, your local subnet (maybe? lol) has to be accessed through 1.20.30.40 (which is incorrect, I'm sure). It's probably 127.0.01. Also, that subnet can only be accessed through port :88. To get to that site, I believe you'd have to type in http://site1.mysite.net:88/
