Sigh, I'm stumped so if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.
Ok I'll describe the problem as best I can.
I am trying to use an application called ACCPM to solve optimization problems but the program needs to be compiled before I can use it. If you want to try it for yourself you can download all the necessary files at
http://www.hec.unige.ch/professeurs/...cpm/index.html
When I try to compile any of the examples I am told that I am missing the library dfor.lib.
I think this is because part of the libACCPM.lib that comes with ACCPM was written in fortran.. I just need to be able to compile it but I am fresh out of ideas...
The only other piece of information I have is that I think the dfor.lib library was a part of something called Compaq Visual Fortran. I haven't been able to find that file anywhere though.
