Pygame, two windows.
When I run something in pygame via python.exe (not IDLE) it keeps the MS-DOS command window open even if it doesn't have to do anything. Is there any way to make this second window not appear without destroying the Pygame window?
P.S. I still need a response about destroying the queue of buttons pressed. |

Change the file extensions from .py to .pyw, that should do it.

al1986: That was a really good suggestion, but it doesn't seem to be working. hmmm. Do you think when it's compiled as an exe will it have two windows?

Sweet, I'll bother about trying to get py2exe working later I guess though. We really need something better. x_x Thanks.
