Smile New to the Forum

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum. I am a 23 year old student working full time in the IT field. I got on here to learn/discuss programming. I am a novice programmer and haven't gotten too deeply involved in it until the past two or so years. I have some HTML knowledge, have dabbled in C++, used to use QBasic and some binary to control circuit boards when I was a kid. I am working on a website for my dad right now Chatham Enterprise.comIt is still under construction. I did all the graphics myself and used Visual Studio.net 2003 and some text editors to write it. I have been using computers since I knew how to read. Still have an old Apple II SE and grew up using both PC's and Mac's. Generally use a PC now, for obvious reasons, don't own a mac though I would like too. I am currently teaching myself Unix and would appreciate any help from UNIX users. I am proficient in DOS and batch files. I have built several computers gaming, surveillance, general application computers etc... Anyway I will cut my introduction short before it gets any longer. Hope to have some good discussions on here.
