need help to and if possible explainations on

1- editing a database by creating AND modifing AND calling data. data is stored using MySQL and would be helping if you put [table] where i need to replace the name of the table etc.
2- if possible a link to a site where they have a list of actions and commands for php, i'm not sure what to called em, eg the if command. and as a plus a short explaination on what each bit does
3- how to set and call things from a session. if i've not explain well enough on anything tell me and i'll sort it

oh and if i'm not mistaken you use this code to include another page in

include('pagename.php');

correct if thats wrong please.

Tip: it is usually unwise to phrase your question as a challenge. It's a credibility thang, if ya know wot I mean. Most such challenges turn out to be trivial and just make the potential respondents run off into the weeds and puke on their shoes before they return and inundate you with a slew of simple solutions.

thanks for the help i've been to php.net and got no help there, couldn't make sense of the stuff, thanks about the 1337 its a piss take oh and erm i've got someone helping me now.
