make a program that uses inputs to find the volumes of every 3 dimensional objects in existance and convert those measurements between metric and imperial.

Why not make a game of snake, but add random appearing walls and collision detection and speeds

next step beyond temp conversion is write a program that converts a number from base 10 to base N (note anything greated than 10 will require the use of letters)

then do base N to base N

write a program with database support. The car dealership that Infinite Recursion mentioned will do. It will help you on the long run if you start database progamming early.

This is very true, and the downside to this statement... I hate database programming.
