Appologies for absence
Sorry I've been gone so long. I am back, though! We had a few problems at home, and I had very little time to get on. Anyways, lots of activity since I've been gone. Looks good.

 edit: yeah registration is down this month but remember its summer and alot of the students that come to forums during the school year arent coming in as often as they would during school

8th grade? i'm very confused now i've been doing my GCSEs and i finished so school ends earlier than usually. so HA! oh but i got 6th form in like 2 1/2 months or so but oh well its only going to be maths maths physics, nothing i find hard.

8th grade is the American way of saying what, if I'm not mistaken, you would call "2nd form".
our school system goes by grades: 1st grade 2nd grade 3rd grade 4th grade 5th grade 6th grade 7th grade 8th grade 9th grade (aka "Freshman year") 10th grade (aka "Sophomore year") 11th grade (aka "Junior year") 12th grade (aka "Senior year")

Although, because Americans start school later, students in 8th grade are a bit older than those in 2nd form, by a year or two.
