Regular exams are commonplace over here too. Despite writing my own database from scratch when everyone else used Micro$oft Access my grade was reduced to a C due to my inability to concentrate during exams. Oh and apparently my design work was scruffy. Lets face it, who needs to read your frantic scribblings when working on a project but yourself?
