Cell phone script?

I need a script that would allow people to type in their phone number and be able to recieve an image or something else from my website to their phone. Does anybody know of such a script? It doesn't matter if it is free or not(just not too much). There are a lot of sites that have things like this(ex. Jamster.com), but I can't find a script like it.

you'd probably need access to some kind of server that sends information to the PSC/GSM network towers. I'm sure it's well protected, cuz they don't want anybody to be able to send stuff to anybody. Imagine all the free phone calls i could make, and all the SPAM I'd recieve.

I found an ActiveX control that uses your own phone to do this - you can find it at http://www.ypgsoft.com/. Unfortunately, you'll need to use ASP .NET or something to use it.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but does anybody know of any other way for people to have access to these files and be able to save them to their phone. As far as I know, not all phones have USB capabilities. I can't think of much more than that. Any ideas? Again, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.
