why not use the one and only true IDE for everything(*)--emacs?
(*) okay, maybe it can't make you coffee (yet), but I'm working on an elisp interface to my robot
(**) why hasn't anyone mentioned it?

I also tried searching for 'emacs can do anything except brew you cofee', but no luck. I think someone said that, but I'm note sure.
