Is there a mid-level C++ book?

Hi everyone

I have been looking for a book to help me learn C++, i have been round bookshops and amazon.co.uk, but i'm not really finding what i need.

I already know how to program in C, i have been thinking that this means that i dont need a completely basic C++ book? How much of basic tutorial style books teach you C then expand into C++.

I dont mind spending £30-£40 but i want to spend it on the right book that i'm gunna get a lot out of.

So what i really want is a book that says "You already know C, here are the extras that C++ includes", are there books like this?

Also im using MS Visual C++ 6.0 to compile it, would it be better to get a book based around this or a more general one?

Thanks in advance
