UltraLight game engine is now a community project

Over the past year I have noticed a decline in the development and advancement of the UltraLight game engine. So I have decided to open it up for community development. I feel this would give the engine a much bigger boost in its development, advancement and its becomming a better game engine because of all of the knowlage and experience in this community.

Here is engine homepage:- http://www.sticky-bricks.co.uk/ultra...ltralight.html

Here is a direct link to the engine source code:- http://www.sticky-bricks.co.uk/ultra.../ul/src/ul.zip (324kb).

If you are going to complie and run the engine, then you will also need the run time files:- http://www.sticky-bricks.co.uk/ultra...ul/rt/ulrt.zip (4.5mb).

Some screens of the engines graphical capabilities are at the URL http://www.sticky-bricks.co.uk/ultralight/demos.html

As you can see, there not very much, but the engine has alot more features. Check http://www.sticky-bricks.co.uk/ultra...ltralight.html for more details.

Note: The screen shot program I used was not registered, and the sand glass icon was recorded by the screen shot program. It is not there in the game.

This game can be found on the demos page of the above website, or here as a direct link. http://www.sticky-bricks.co.uk/ultra...djumpygame.zip (13.8mb).

There is now a dedicated forum set up. Please check there for updates on the engine, chat and anything else that has to do with UltraLight on a regular basis on order to keep up to date.
