Debug.COM / MS-Debug

Im unable to find anything on my own, but im searching for a Windows 7 version of the old DEBUG that came with xp,me & all the other great Windows version's.
Im hoping to find something that does the exact same... like a clone with same commands all that good stuff, does anyone know of something like this?
I appreciate any assistance with this
