pyhonwin blocks for other windows
Hi
I am have newly installed pywin Version 2.4. When I run the IDE it blocks for other windows. If i have e.g a IE, and my e-mail program a texteditor and a filebrowser and the wan to open a file from the IDE, nothing happens. No error no nothing. THen a close some of the other programs and the click open file again and then it woorks. But I cant have the online help and the IDE open at the same time. I can't find where my settings are wrong. I am running XP any suggestions  |

Which IDE are you talking about? Is it IDLE?

I take it you are using pythonwin?
It works perfectely fine for me... I can run every program I like at the same time. On which location is it installed? The first time I installed it, I installed it in my User-account, and I had some problems. But after I installed it directely under C:\ it worked perfectely. |
