Programming Team Needed - People People People, Is this possible?

Ok, so... ive got a few websites im doing for myself, and they require a live-web-cam-chat.

Even the most popular pre-made web-cam chat program isnt up to my standards.

If there are any programmers that want to join forces, get this done, its a bit of a project, but very do-able.
