Setting up C

I've downloaded MinGW as my C compiler. But I don't know how to set it all up so I can do anything. Help. =)

If its Windows then it shouldn't be too hard...Although most people use Dev-C++ for Windows

Download Dev-C++ - it's the MinGW compiler with a nice IDE.

You'll rarely find a compiler that compiles just C code...Compilers these days compile both C and C++

Make sure your C code files end with extension .c then Dev-C++ will use the C compiler!

Very true. Also make sure you change the headers when using the editor with Dev-C++. It automatically inserts the generic lines you use repeatedly, but it inserts C++ headers. And I'm also working with C using Dev-C++ and I'm happy with it.
