Hi,
I did this a while ago and now I've forgotten how to do it. I could open an office app like excel or word using CreateObject Function in VBA (from word/excel) on a different pc in a LAN.

Can someone refresh my memory?

Do you have a client waiting on each LAN PC that opens a specified program when it receives a command from a server?

Hmm that sounds cool. I knew you could manipulate an office app with createobject, but not over a network...
