Just Download Apache from Apache.org. It comes with a basic config file that you shouldn't need to edit but you can. some more info is on their site. It works bettter than the Microsoft server thing and its free!! I would recomend putting aside a box just to run apache. Oh, and you should really run it under windows 2000 or something. Don't run it under windows 98 or lower, it won't work correctly. Just make shure you install all the service packs or just use some form of UNIX.
