MS porting .NET? Are you fucking retarded?
MS doesn't know the meaning of the word "port," and they never will.

Also: .NET is bloated to the brim, no .NET language will be able to be as fast as a language void of such things, excluding Java with it's JDK. Language's that are void of such frameworks, such as Delphi, will always be faster.
That's what too much Object-Orientation will do to you.
