Nope. - you know, without having to look it up, what LOTR means. Check. Umm you'd have to be an idiot not to. I think the general public knows what it means - you have either: more than one computer, or more than one operating system. Check. - you can read binary. Check. - you have a light-sabre. Nope. - you know what TCP/IP, SMTP, POP, USB and RAID mean. Check. - you know any programming language (other than high-school pascal). Check. Though, I don't know pascal. Thats way old school for me. - you have more online friends than RL friends. Nope. They're about equal at 0. - you agonized over the ideal online nick for more than 12 seconds. 12 seconds? Is that all? - you wish people would call you "Gandalf". Nope. Anyone who would take that name is pathetic. Its too comon now. - your formalwear includes a t-shirt printed to look like a tuxedo. HAHAHA I want one of those though. - you have a picture of a penguin, anywhere. Don't have or never used a Linux :-( - every day is casual day at work. Meybe. - you can drink more than 4 cups of coffee and still not get a caffeine buzz. Don't drink coffee. Learn how to stay awake without it. - you are a regular on an online programming forum  Nope. Never been to one of those before.

ohhh hell... that's a good one. i bet you didn't score many "brownie points" with that did ya. most of these apply to me... oddly enough though, I never really cared to watch Star Wars and such.

Star Wars was never for me ether.....now as far as Star Trek goes.....well that's a whole different story.

I've been a LotR geek for about 8 years now. I'm a fan of the movies; for one thing, they persuaded my girlfriend to read the books.
