just anywhere?

i got php installed at c:/php
so if i copy and paste that exact text, it will work?

i tried that, i copied and pasted at the end of the file. Now i run apache and type in http://localhost/info.php after i saved it, it just keeps loading, and the bar stops at half way, (progress bar) and doesnt go any further.

:-(

any ideas?
