beforehand thanks
For tutorials try programmersheaven.com but since you are a beginner I'll suggest you go for a beginner's book like Learn to Program with C++ by John Smiley. Its a very good book for begginers, written in story form. You'll enjoy learning C++.

For ebooks you have to google or use torrents!!
