Once again i need help in Delphi :

Here's the problem :

I want to make a file in which I can store records.
I learned records when i learned Pascal so i need to define a few variables and to store their values in that file.
And I know some procedures but I can't make it right, there's always some kind of a problem.

And another problem is : How can I set my program when it loads the main windows to load data from the file that I created abowe ?

If you can help me, please hurry up !
