Machine Coding a 486

Hello all, I was wondering if there was a way to program a few addresses of memory of a 486 through DOS. What I need to do is change the data in three specific address locations. I have the assembler program that I need to enter into the computer to do this and execute, but no way to do it. Unfortunately, since my work has a software security issue, I cannot use any extra software than a normal computer has, that comes installed with Windows 2000. I guess what I would have to do is manually enter in the machine code somehow? And it would have to be run from DOS. Does anyone know if this is possible?
