Re: How to implement AdSense into phpbb forum?
All there really would be to implement is to decide where you want the ads to be placed and then place the JavaScript Google gives you in that place. The highest percentage place to place ads are on the top or left side since that's how most people read websites and that is where they would be seen first. I would just recommend reading some of Google's documentation. They have some good information on implementing it on websites. For implementing on phpBB you will just put the JavaScript code in the right templates.

Re: How to implement AdSense into phpbb forum?
You can also only have 3 ad's per a page, and make sure your keywords for your site will be well received by google adsense to provide ad's that people will actully click on, so say if you have a xbox forum site, you do not want ad's about student loan consolidation, ect..
it put one at the top (big graphic ad), one big graphic ad on the side, and medium sized text link ads at the bottom of page while on this subject.. are we allowed to make google adsense popup screens on our site? and is their any way to find out what the highest pay per click keywords are? |

what are your opinions about adding AdSence into moderator's signature? I saw the forum where this idea was realized?

Re: How to implement AdSense into phpbb forum?
Personally I don't like the idea of putting ads in signatures of any members, but thats just me personally. The only thing you would have to make sure about is that you only allow 3 ads to show on the page. Its part of adsense's rules that you only place 3 of there ads per page, So as long as you take that into consideration then it wouldn't be a problem.

Re: How to implement AdSense into phpbb forum?
What I have seen some people do and one thing I did here for a while was place one on the top and one right after the first post in the forums. So there would be an ad between the first and second posts in the thread.

Yes, putting AdSense limks between the first and second forums is a great idea! I totally agree with you! Could you please tell how this can be realized in phpbb forum? Can this be done within forum admin panel only?
