[icode] tag

Okay, first let me say I love the [icode] tag; it's great to have code inline, rather than having to have separate code blocks all the time. Still, one thing has bugged me about it since day one: it pads the tagged text with initial and trailing spaces. Is it possible to disable this? I assume so, since other text-formatting tags don't seem to do this.

Actually, it makes it a little more awkward, because adjacent punctuation gets pushed over, causing it to look weird.
