Change background on a table row (or cell)

Quick question, see I know a little bit of DHTML here, just enough to get by.. like how to popup windows, how to force a page load, how to submit a form, and how to modify text when we mouse over the text itself and even insert text into the bottom status bar...

One thing I can not seem to figure out however is how to change the background color of a table row (or cell for that matter) when the mouse goes over thet row/cell and when it leaves that row/cell.

I know this has to be one of the simplest things to accomplish in terms of DHTML, perhaps someone could enlighten me and tell me the correct way I should go about doing this?

Thanks!
