Too many toolbars?
I was wondering after looking at a friends computer and seeing all the IE toolbars she had, and thought how many is too many? Well I googled IE toolbars, and found this somewhere.

Wow....
I could never even have one fivilous toolbar. I even switched to Opera a while back because it has slightly more screen space. |

Re: Too many toolbars?
I like how most toolbars include their own search box, which any mainstream browser also provides built in.

Re: Too many toolbars?
For me, 1 is too many. I've never used a toolbar in my life (Except for the web-developer toolbar in Firefox).

Re: Too many toolbars?
Sometimes when I download something it wans to install other toolbars. I always disable that option, and if it installes them anyway I just uninstall the program. I use IE7 on Vista and only want the one toolbar that it comes with -- you know the one with two stars on the far left for Favorits and Add To Favorites.

Re: Too many toolbars?
Yeah, I try to keep the use of toolbars to a minimum. Only fanboys and people who want to look like a hardcore computer hacker (when thery're usually not) use more than three toolbars.

Re: Too many toolbars?
Fewer toolbars == more content. That's enough for me.

There's one useful third-party toolbar, and one fun one. And I have the latter turned off now 'cos I don't have time to waste like that.
