To my knowledge, that sort of think would be impossible/very expensive. Also, I doubt the authorities would like you having that sort of thing so my guess is that it wouldn't exist but I'll watch this thread just in case.

But no, sorry, I don't know of any exact hardware. You'd need something..... well...... and I quote

By "use", they probably mean that they control who can listen to what frequencies as well so it would be impossible to get all frequencies.

EDIT: How would you interface your new networking device with the computer? Wouldn't you like have to re-write a heck of a lot of stuff? Let me know how your search develops......
