Yeah, nothing can replace forums: it makes people talk one by one so everyone can be heard, it lets you think through what you're going to say so you don't sound like an idiot, and most importantly, it's the best and fastest way to get help because you actually receive responses from real people (not some poorly programmed machine) that understand specifically what you're asking. What a wonderful thing forums are.
