CSS Mass Resets

Just recently I stumbled across "tripoli css reset" http://www.monc.se/tripoli/

Now I realize there are plenty of reset methods out there, what a lot of them don't do though - is apply a standard cross browser compatible style to all elements again, The default styles for tripoli are not so sterile.

I'm currently working on my own reset and restyle type css application, has anyone else had much of a look into this?
