Currently it is all hosted on my computer. Elemental Concepts is the name of the website, which will host everything.

The core of the project is Elemental Member Management, a basic member management script, that is meant to integrate right into your webpage, with only a few copy and paste lines, and the script allows you to block specific pages, users login register, control panels, etc, and fully configurable userlevels and powers given to userlevels, and it is all governed, for instance if a moderator has the power to create a usergroup they can not make one with more power than their own.

The member script is near completion, minus some broken CSS and inconstant CSS scattered throughout, that is what slows me down. I cant write constant eye catching styles while I'm in the process of writing the PHP code.

After the member script is completed, the fun part starts, writing addons for it, the key to the addon's is making them extremely easy to install into the member script, and to make sure it is going to work no problem, and cause no problems with any of the other addons [currently only addon is the news management, and it is incomplete]. But the addons currently on the will do list is: message board, tag board, image gallery... eventatually I have been wanting to make some sort of flash rpg which accesses the games .php files to get/send data.

If you are interested in helping, creating addons is completely up to you, create whatever you want. And it will be greatly appreciated.

The project needs someone who is skilled at CSS and can create some nice looking formatting of text, forms [I use tables], etc... and modern browser compliant. A graphic designer would help, although not necessary, I can do the graphics. Another PHP programmer would be a big help, to write new features while I am working on something else, or to critique code, etc.

The entire project is intended to be put on the website for a free download, by all registered members, I could potentially charge money for addons, and could without a problem, put up an addon you created, and link it to your paypal account so they have to pay to download your addon.
