Sorry if I overlooked, but what version of Windows are you guys using? Also, have you considered changing the user restrictions, or are they operating as administrator already?

I moved the thread because after the first so many answers and even in the question there was no mention of C# or any language for that matter. It seemed like you and everyone else was trying to come up with a way that is already built into Windows. I can move this back if you think it would be best.

Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2

All operators run under administrator.
