Grammar Checker

I have been assigned a project to develope a grammar checker for a nonenglish language. I must admit I'm rather lost as this is the first time I'm asked to do NLP and am the sole memeber. Not much help on the web either. Any help will be thankfully appreciated.

Well what exactly do you expect us to do? If you are looking for someone to help do the work with you, you most likely need to go to rentacoder.com or getafreelancer.com

Second of all, what have you got so far? Remember we are only here to help, not do it all or the majority for you. If you can post what you need done, and where your lost, we can provide more advice. You didn't even specify what language you are using to create this. If you expect any help from anyone - be it this forum, or another - I hope you can create more insightful posts. I'm not trying to be mean, but it's the truth.

Thirdly, how many forums you gonna post this on? Should we copy and paste any answers we choose to give to each forum?

I am really sorry if I upset someone. I am new to forums and I will try to take much more care from now on.
Booooze I do not think you were trying to be mean in any way. Instead I should thank you that you are familiarizing me with the ways of the forums.
I'm writing the grammer checker in Java. I wanted some resources on how grammer checkers were designed if that's any help at all.
Sorry once again if anyone was offended.
