Stop bringing up my name or "our" future plans.
All we are doing is practicing.

We didn't bring up your name. We brought up our dinner over these posts.

If your first project, is a game, you are likely going to be discouraged when the going gets tough, and quit. Think about it most gaming company's have hundreds of developers, then more developers who develop after the first developers developed, testers, and more. All these people have more programming experience then you, but it still takes them a while to put a game out. You need to start small, and work up. For game development yes it's wise to make games for practice, but for it to work you need to start small, work on a tic-tac toe, or a hangman. Learn the logic, and AI behind programming a game before you start on something like a RPG. Reading tutorials on learning C++ will help you learn C++, but not game development. You still need to learn AI for games, graphics, and more. Read your tutorials, get the basic down pat, and go from there, don't move on till you understand what you have read. Thats will make you a better developer, and you will learn more and understand more, that way, then you will while making a game while you are still learning

Most helpful post I've seen on his thread so far. Thanks.

Heh thanks Arnack. I used to be just like him, thinking I could make an OS after I made my first Hello World program and changed the words. I was wrong, as usual.
